My work explores the space between function and form through semi-functional ceramics that emphasize surface, texture, and colour. Drawing on my background in printmaking, I approach clay as a printed surface—layering slips, stains, and glazes much like ink, and incorporating monoprint and transfer techniques to embed imagery and pattern.
